I've been crazy busy with shoots this month. It has been so much fun and the mother nature has loved to add to the fun as well, choosing to have crazy weather when I've had shoot scheduled. We had to reschedule for the Hendersons because it was just a little too dark and gloomy. The second go around turned out much better. Their boys are adorable and full of life.
Today I went out with the Greenland family. Last night it snowed pretty hard. So this morning for the shoot it was a little bit of a winter wonderland. They were such sports and even stomped around in a foot of snow. I had a great time with this wonderful family.

my baby brother's wedding
Of course I wasn't the photographer for his big day, but I was able to catch a few shots that I just love. I only took my film camera along (Mamiya 645 pro TL --love that camera). I just love what I was able to capture. I sure need to use film more often.
You can see their engagement session (which I did) here.

mi amor catering
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to take photos for mi amor catering, an up and coming Utah catering company. I only wish we had more time. I love using natural light and with the changing seasons, it is getting darker sooner, so we ran out of time to shoot. I'm pretty happy with the results. Hopefully I'll have other chances to shoot for them.

A little while back some friends had a party up Provo canyon. It was beautiful there, especially in the evening with the sun low in the sky. After talking with Mary about doing her engagements I knew this spot would be perfect for them. Our time very limited and I would have loved to explore the area further and spent more time with this fun, cute couple, but what we got was great. Congratulations Colton and Mary. Hope your day is perfect.
